This has been the best urgent care I have been to in my life. I was seen right away and treated with care and dignity throughout the whole experience. Laura Gordon NP was very gentle and took time to explain everything to me in a way I would understand. McKenzie took any tests or swabs I needed without any pain or stress to me. And Ashley made sure I was seen right away. Great place with even better people! I would recommend t this Gemini Urgent Care over all urgent care centers without a doubt especially if you’re looking for a quick urgent care that is still very gentle, very efficient, and very caring.

This urgent care is the only one I will go to from now on
The staff here is amazing.
Super fast and accurate treatment for many different things

First time leaving a doctor that fast and without any paper work.
They had my prescription sent electronically.

Gemini urgent care is amazing! All of the the staff there were exceptionally polite! There was no wait time. I was diagnosed quickly and they were thorough with my results. 2 days after I was seen, the provider Ms. Gordon reached out to me just to check and see how I was doing and if my cough was getting better or worse. I feel that they treated me like a family member and not like a patient, they made me feel so special! ❤️ 5 stars is not enough!

This is the best urgent care that I have ever been to! Extremely polite and professional staff. Laura was fantastic and even called me to check on me the next day! I had cut my hand doing yard work and it became badly infected and after about a week it was completely healed. This is the only urgent care we will be going to from now on! Highly recommended!

To be totally honest, I had low expectations for an urgent care in Clear Lake. I came in to get a cough assessed and expected the visit to be both boring and routine. I was happily surprised to find that coming here actually lifted my mood and was a significantly better experience than any other urgent care I’ve ever been to (in Houston or otherwise). Everyone here was incredibly sweet and easy to talk to. Laura Gordon treated me. Both her and the technicians had me laughing and made me feel genuinely cared for. When I called with follow up questions she was equally amiable and thorough.

I would happily come back here again if needed.
